Lighted lamps are HOT!
WARNING – To reduce the risk of FIRE OR INJURY
CAUTION – Use indoors only.
CAUTION – Risk of Electric Shock
CAUTION –Hot surface. Keep away from curtains and other combustible materials.
Turn off power and allow it to cool before replacing the lamp.
Lamp gets HOT quickly! Contact only switch/plug when turning on.
Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure
Keep lamps away from materials that may burn.
Do not touch the lamp at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage the lamps.
Do not operate the luminaire with a missing or damaged shield.
Do not use it if there is any damage to the light or cord insulation. Inspect periodically.
CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE CORRECT BRANCH CIRCUIT

This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature
to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use it with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter the plug.

CAUTION! Do NOT expose the fixture or front lens opening to direct
sunlight, other lighting, moving head fixtures, or lasers during unpacking,
installation, use, or extended idle periods outdoors. Additionally, do not
focus a light beam from one fixture directly at another.
CAUTION! To avoid the risk of shock or fire, do NOT expose this unit to rain or
moisture. This unit is designed exclusively for dry, indoor environments.
CAUTION! There are no user-serviceable parts inside this unit. Attempting
repairs yourself will void the manufacturer’s warranty. If your unit requires
service, please contact Jmaz Group, INC.
CAUTION! Do not discard the shipping carton in the trash; please recycle
whenever possible.
