Replacing the Presser Foot

Raise the needle by pressing the needle up/down

button.

Press the lockout key.

Raise the presser foot lifter.

Press the black lever on the back of the foot holder.

The presser foot will drop off.

Place the presser foot so that the pin on the foot lies

just under the groove of the foot holder.

Lower the presser bar to lock the foot in place.

Each foot is marked with an identication letter.

CAUTION:

To avoid damaging the lever, do not push it down.

CAUTION:

• Always make sure to press the lockout key before

replacing the presser foot.

• Use the proper foot for the selected pattern. The

wrong foot can cause the needle to break.
