REPLACING THE LED LAMP
This appliance has been provided with a LED lamp. This lamp lasts for a longer period of time. When the
LED lamp in the appliance is broken, you are not able to replace it yourself. Contact the Tomado customer
service.

Failure Solution
Appliance does not do anything Check that the plug is properly inserted in the socket.
Check if there has been a power failure in the house.
Check the plug.
Check the fuse in the group box.
Check that the voltage in the house system corresponds with the voltage required
for the appliance.
Check the socket. Insert the plug in a different socket of which you are certain that
it works.
Temperature in the appliance
is not cold enough
Check that the appliance is not overfilled.
Check that the interior temperature corresponds with the set temperature.
Is the appliance located in direct sunlight or near a heat source?
Check that the ambient temperature corresponds with the climate class of
the appliance.
Are the doors of the appliance opened regularly? As a result of the air humidity in the
surrounding area, a lot of humidity may accumulate in the appliance when the doors
are opened frequently.
Temperature in the appliance
is too cold
Increase the temperature of the appliance.
The lowest temperature should only be used for quick freeze and should preferably
be set 2 hours before food is placed in the appliance. If not, it is possible that
the temperature of the appliance gets below 0°C, because the compressor is
continuously active.
The surfaces on the inside are wet This is caused by condensation - dry the interior of the appliance.
The exterior of the appliance
is wet.
This is caused by condensation - dry the exterior of the appliance.
The appliance smells /
has a nasty odour
Check if it contains food that has passed its use by date or if it contains any
opened packagings.
Check whether anything has leaked on the shelves and in the drawers of the
appliance. If necessary, remove drawers to be able to check everything properly. If
something has leaked and has not been cleaned, this could eventually lead to nasty
smells.
The door does not close properly Check that there is nothing between the door that prevents it from closing.
Check that the door rubber is properly placed and is not turned or torn.
Check that the appliance is level.
During normal use of the cooling appliance, different types of noises can occur that do not have any effect on the correct
operation of the cooler.
Noises that can be heard during normal use of the appliance are caused by the operation of the thermostat, compressor
(activation), cooling system (shrinkage and expansion of the material under the influence of temperature differences and
flow of cooling liquid).
