• Never clean the microwave with a high pressure cleaner

* Use small pieces to prevent thinner sections of chicken, for example, from getting
cooked too quickly.
** Use non-decorated kitchen paper to cover food and absorb fats.
*** Remove the cover and make sure the jar is not heated too long. The glass may burst.
