No water ﬂ ow

• Turn oﬀ and unplug the control unit.

• Ensure the outlet cover grid is clean and free

from obstructions.

• Clean or replace the cartridge, see

Maintenance and Storage section.

• Ensure the in/outlet connections on the spa tub

and ﬁ lter pump are not blocked.

• Keep the spa water properly sanitized to

ensure a clean and unclogged ﬁ lter cartridge.

• If problem persists, contact Intex Service

Water temperature too low

• If the ambient temperature is below 0°C (32°F),

we recommend not to use the spa.

• Turn oﬀ and unplug the control unit, add some

warm water to raise the spa water temperature

above 1°C (34°F), then press the

button to

heat up the water to the desired temperature.

• If problem persists, contact Intex Service

center.

Water temperature too high

• Turn oﬀ and unplug the control unit. When the

water has cooled down, plug the RCD and

restart all over again.

• Turn the heater oﬀ , then press the ﬁ lter and

bubble buttons to lower the water temperature.

• If problem persists, contact Intex Service

Center.

• Turn oﬀ and unplug the control unit. Plug the

RCD and restart all over again.

• If problem persists, contact Intex Service

After 72 hours of continuous

heating operation, the pump will

hibernate automatically. The rapid

heating and water ﬁ ltration

functions are disabled.

LED Reading CAUSE SOLUTION

Freeze Protection:

the spa heater is programed to automatically heat the water if the water temperature

falls below 4°C (39°F). While the spa should be stored during the winter months, the system will protect the

internal components in the event of occasional freezing temperatures. The spa must be plugged in and the

GFCI/RCD reset. The system will engage the ﬁ lter pump along with the heater and will operate both until the

water reaches 10°C (50°F).

If extended freezing weather is expected, please disassemble the spa and store it during winter according to

the storage instructions.

Once the self-heating program is triggered, it cannot be switched oﬀ on the control panel until the water

temperature has reached at least 5°C (41°F), unless it is unplugged.
