3. RADIO FREQUENCY NOTES

General Allocation of Frequencies for Use in Local

Networks;

Wireless Local Area Net¬works (WLAN Radio

Applications) Based on § 55 of the German Tele-

communications Act {Telekommunikationsgesetz

- TKG) we herewith assign frequencies in the range

2400.0 - 2483.5 MHz for use of the general public

in local networks, Wireless Local Area Net¬works

(WLAN Radio Applications). With this General All-

ocation, we fulfi l the compulsive implementation of

the Decision by the European Commission on Har-

monisation of the Radio Spectrum for Use by Short-

Range Devices dated 2006/11/09 (2006/771/EG),

as amended by implementing the decision of the

Commission dated 2011/12/08 (2011/829/ EU), pu-

blished in the Offi cial Journal of the European Union

L 329, page 10 ff. dated 2011/12/13 in Germany.

ny, please read up in advance on the respective re-

gulations in your host country.

5. OPERATING THE INLINE SMART

HOME HD OUTDOOR CAMERA

5.1 MOUNTING

Mount the InLine Smart Home HD Outdoor camera

on a rather dry outdoor area, such as under a roof

overhang. Direct rain and sunlight can cause poorer

image quality and increase material exhaustion.

5.2 POWER SUPPLY

Plug the InLine® Smart Home HD Outdoor camera

into the power outlet using the power adapter.

5.3 APP DOWNLOAD

5.3.1 ANDROID

Download the Smart Life APP from the Google Play

Store and launch the app.

5.3.2 IOS

Download the APP „Smart Life“ from the APP Store

and start the app.

5.4 REGISTER AND LOGIN THE APP

Open the Smart Life app on your phone. Register

with your mobile phone number or email address.

Select your router and confi rm the WLAN password

if necessary. This connects the app to your net-

work.

6. ADD/CONNECT DEVICE

Press „+“ sign (top right) or „Add device“ (in the

middle of the screen). (Image 1) Select your device

from the displayed list. The „Smart Camera“ is loca-

ted in the „Security & Sensor“ section, please click

to connect the product (Image 2).

The reset button is located inside the camera body.

Open the cover of the SD card/reset button using a

Phillips screwdriver. If the blue LED is not yet fl ashing

slowly, then please press the reset button for 3-5 se-

conds until a sound is heard.
