Error code list
The following list will show you a number of error codes that may appear on your washer’s display.

DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
F01
Water inlet failure. Check the following
Is the water supply tap open and the pressure
too low?
Is the water supply hose pinched?
Is the water supply hose le clogged?
Is the hose frozen?
F03
Drainage failure. Check the following
Is the hose pinched, does water ow through
it?
Is the drain hose lter clogged?
Is the hose frozen?
F04/F98
Electronic module failure. Switch the unit off.
Press the start/pause button again. If the error
persists, call for service.
F24
Water level reaches overow
level.
Stop the program by pressing the Stop/Pause
button. Restart the program. If the appliance
continues to pump water into the bath, turn off
the water tap and call for service.
F13
Error when locking the door. The door is closed, but cannot be locked. Turn
the appliance off. Turn it back on and restart
the wash program. If the error persists, call for
service.
F14
Door locking error. The door is closed but cannot be locked.
Switch off the appliance. Switch it on again. If
the error persists, call for service.
Unb
Unbalance alarm. The unbalance alarm shall be resolved by the
following methods:
1. winding
Turn off the machine, open the door, shake out
the laundry and put it back into the machine,
then select the simple dewatering program to
try again.
2. Clothes too light
Turn off the machine, open the door, put in one
or two towels, then select the simple de-wate-
ring program to try again.
