lavadora.

DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
E02
No water inlet
Check if the faucet is open. Is the water supply
cut off? If the water inlet hose mesh lter and
water inlet valve are blocked and if the water
inlet hose of the appliance is frozen. If the fault
code persists, contact the service center for
repair.
E03
Abnormal water drainage
Clean the pump lter. Check if the drain hose
is bent, kinked or blocked. Eliminate previous
causes of malfunction. If the fault code persists,
contact the service center for repair.
U4
Door lock malfunction
The door is not locked in place and the door lock
does not operate normally. Close the door again,
turn the wash cycle selector knob to the “OFF”
position to disconnect the power supply, then
turn the wash cycle selector knob to select any
wash program and press the START/PAUSE but-
ton to restart the program. Eliminate the causes
of this fault. If the fault code persists, contact
the service center for repair. If the fault code
appears and you cannot open the door, the door
lock may be faulty, contact the service center for
repair.

Drum temperature is high
Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend ope-
ration of the appliance and wait several minutes.
When the drum temperature drops to a safe
range and the fault code disappears from the
display, press the START/PAUSE button to conti-
nue with the rest of the program. If the fault code
persists, contact the service center for repair.
EXX
Other faults
Turn the wash cycle selector knob to the “OFF”
position to disconnect the power supply, unplug
the power cord and contact the service center
for repair as soon as possible.
