Reversing the door
The opening side of the door can be changed from the ri-
ght-hand side (factory preset) to the left-hand side, if required
by the installation site.
Before changing the opening side, disconnect the product from
the mains. Make sure that the plug is not in the socket. You will
need the following tools:

We recommend that before resting the freezer on the rear to
access the base, you protect it with packing foam or similar
material to prevent damage to the rear panel. We recom-
mend that you follow the steps below to change the opening
side.
1. Place the refrigerator in an upright position and remove all
the shelves from the door.
2. Use a putty knife or at screwdriver to lift the screw hole
cover on the top left corner of the refrigerator and the top
hinge cover on the top right corner of the refrigerator.
3. Unscrew the threaded bolts of the special ange used
to secure the upper right hinge part with a screwdriver or
an 8 mm spanner (hold the upper door in your hand while
doing so).
4. Remove the upper hinge shaft, slide it to the opposite
side and tighten it rmly. Then place it in a safe place.
5. Remove the door from the bottom hinge.
NOTE: When removing the door, be careful of the washer(s) located be-
tween the bottom hinge and the bottom of the freezer which may get
caught in the door. Do not lose it.
