the problem persists, contact customer service.
DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The heating indicator light
is off.
Failure of the temperature con-
troller.
Contact service for repair.
No water comes out of the
hot water spout.
The mains water supply is cut
off. The water pressure is too low.
The tap water inlet valve is not
open.
Wait for the running water supply to
be restored. Resume using the heater
when the water pressure increases.
Open the tap water inlet valve.
No water comes out of the
hot water outlet.
Temperature control system
failure.
Contact service for repair.
Water leakage. Pipe gasket sealing problem. Seal the gaskets.
