Whenever there is a problem with the scooter, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If
the problem persists, contact customer service.
DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Display works but motor
does not run.
Brake lever is damaged Remove the brake lever bushing
(brake lever fully open) to see if the
motor runs, if it does, then the fault is
in the brake lever. Replace it.
The speed governor is damaged. Check the speed governor and
motor commutator to see if they are
shorted or not. It is easier to short out
in humid weather and this will cause
more damage to the controller.
The motor is damaged. Check the motor and turn signal
switch...if the controller housing gets
very hot when you turn it on, it can
usually be caused by shorting the
controller's internal power circuit,
so you will need to disconnect and
replace it.
Charging failure. The charging port is loose. Replace the charging port.
Charger plug connection is da-
maged.
Replace the connector.
The scooter does not start. The battery does not work. Charge the scooter for 1-2 hours, ac-
cording to the user manual.
The power button does not work. Check if the power button is stuck. If
it still does not work, replace it.
