Symptom Possible cause and solution
Device cannot be
switched on.

possible
There is no pairing mode on the device
to be connecte active. Make sure that
the device to be connected is in the
Pairing mode is on. Only then is a
coupling possible with the loudspeaker.
Distance between both devices too
high. Reduce the distance between
the two devices and perform another
Bluetooth search.
AUX playback
doesn‘t work
Device is in wrong mode.
Switch to “AUX” mode.
Cable connection faulty. Check the ca-
ble connection between the loudspea-
ker and external device.
