THE REMOTE CONTROL DOESN’T WORK
Ensure the remote control has a clear line-of-sight to the operating panel on the unit and
ensure the sensors are not obstructed by curtains or other objects. Ensure the remote
control has fresh, working batteries.
THERE IS MOISTURE/CONDENSATION AT THE AIR EXHAUST
High humidity environments may cause condensation at the air flow output. Wipe the
condensation o with a sponge.
If any of the following phenomena occur despite the above troubleshooting tech-
niques, please turn o the unit and disconnect the power cord immediately and
contact technical support or a qualified technician:
1. The fuse blows or circuit breaker trips frequently.
2. The power cable is abnormally hot.
3. The insulation of the power cable is ripped, shred or torn.
4. The unit controls do not work.
5. The unit produces abnormal noises.
