Check that air circulates freely
around the appliance.
This appliance is not connected to
a combustion products evacua-
tion device therefore the premises’
ventilation system must be consi-
dered carefully and according to
the rules in force.
When using gas appliances, heat
and dampness are generated in-
side the premises. Good ventila-
tion of the kitchen is required by:
keeping the natural vents open or
installing a mechanical ventilator
(hood). Intensive and prolonged
use of the appliance can make
supplementary ventilation neces-
sary: opening a window or incre-
asing the power of the
hood.
