What to do if...

There is no spark when light‐
ning the gas.
There is no electrical supply. Check if the unit is plugged in
and the electrical supply is
switched on.
There is no electrical supply. Check the house electric in‐
stallation fuse.
Burner cap and crown are
placed incorrectly.
Check if the burner cap and
crown are placed correctly.
The ame is extinguishes im‐
mediately after lightning.
Thermocouple is not heated
enough.
After lightning the ame,
keep the knob pushed for
about 5 seconds.
The gas ring burns unevenly. Burner crown is blocked with
food remains.
Check if the main injector
and the burner crown are not
blocked with food remains.

to the problem yourself. If you cannot nd a
solution to the problem yourself, contact
your IKEA store call centre. You can nd a full

this manual.
