46 OPERATING THE MONITOR
[Whiteboard]
This is a writing software.
Can write the characters, Lines and pictures like a whiteboard. Also, can insert an image or le.
Click with the touch pen.
- Tools -
Menu: Display menu of Whiteboard.
New: Save the Whiteboard writing and open a new Note.
Open: Open the le.
Save: Save the current document to image format to le browser.
Save as: Store a le in addition to the current le.
Upload To Cloud: Upload the whiteboard le to the network disk for saving, and
you can choose dierent formats, such as: source,image and pdf les.
QR code: click to present and share the two-dimensional code,
and users can download the whiteboard picture le by scanning the code. Click
the encryption above the QR code to generate a digital password. After scanning
the code, you need to enter the password to obtain the content Support local area
network and external network sharing two ways, users can choose the default
mode in the system Settings.
Email: After binding the mailbox, the whiteboard le can be sent directly through the mailbox.
Settings: The general Settings of the whiteboard are used to set the various states of the
whiteboard according to the requirements.
Exit: Return to main screen.
Pen: Change the width and color of the stroke. (Pen/Handwriting size/Handwriting color)
Eraser: Erase the specied object.
Select: Select the object being edit, can move, can zoom.
Shape: Draw the shape.
Toolbox: A variety of tools can be inserted into the whiteboard, including images, tables, math tools,
signal source, mind maps, documents, videos, browsers, votekit, timer, easy upload,
camera, four line grid, site, sticky notes.
Undo: Cancel
Redo : Redo
Aerial View: The Aerial View allows you to see exactly where the current view is located within the
whiteboard, and the view can be moved directly by pressing and holding the blue frame
within the Aerial View or by directly clicking on dierent areas of the Aerial View. Click
[Back to] to adjust the view to the view before entering the Aerial View.
- Extension function of the pen -
After selecting the handwriting, the handwriting can be turn to intelligent text and for further
processing.
Tools : Color, Smartwrite, Search, Flip, Top, Clone, Delete
- Image expansion function -
After selecting the image, the image can be transformed into vector image, and the image can be
mirrored.
Tools : Crop, SVG, Flip, Top, Move to, Clone, Delete
