9.2.3.11 Setting the application tag

Read and write
32 bytes are available on the device for storing the applicationtag parameter. If the memory
range is exceeded, the device will abort the write process (diagnostic code 400).
u When writing the applicationtag parameter, observe the different memory requirements
of the individual UTF-8 characters (characters 0-127: 1 byte per character; characters >127:
more than 1 byte per character).

ü IoT Core Visualizer has been started.
ü The [Parameter] menu is active.
u Select the [Devicetag] submenu.
w The menu page shows the current settings.
u Enter the application tag.
u Click on to save the changes to the device.
w The new application tag has been set.
