operation.
Ensure that the
program isn’t active.
If active, pause the
program and check the
door symbol on display.
The door cannot be
opened mid-operation,
due to high water level,
temperature and
speed.
Opening the door
is not possible.
Check if the machine
is displaying the ‘dL Er’
message.
Child Lock is active. Disable the Child Lock
and wait until the Door
display glows.
Washing
Machine Door
is stuck and
won’t open.
Power supply switch
is not turned ON.
Turn ON the power
supply switch.
Electrical power cord
is not plugged in or is
loose.
Plug the electrical
power cord in securely
and check.
No program is
selected.
You need to select
a program.
