DISPLAY PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
tAP—Water supply
tap is turned OFF.
Ensure that the Water
supply tap is turned
ON.
HEAt—Indicates
that the water
temperature
is above 60° Celsius
at the start of the
program.
Start a new Drain
program once the
water cools down to
60° Celsius or below.
Switch OFF the
appliance and wait
for 2 minutes before
restarting. If the
problem and/or the
display persists,
contact IFB Care.
tAP—Water supply
is unavailable
or water pressure is
insuicient.
Operations will restart
when water supply
is available/normal.
tAP—Sieve or filter in
inlet hose is clogged.
Clean and unclog the
sieve/filter. (Refer to
‘Cleaning the water
hose mesh filter’
section).
tAP—Water inlet hose
is bent/damaged.
Remove and replace
the bent/damaged
water inlet hose.
