Wash only machine washable door/bath mats in
the washing machine. Washing of non-washable
mats will cause lint/fibre build up. This may lead
to drain pump clogging.

Filter is clogged. Clean the filter.
Make sure that it is
not clogged.
Drain hose end is
placed 1 m above
floor level.
Measure 1 m from the
ground level, place the
drain hose end below
the level.
Drain hose is kinked
or clogged.
Ensure that the drain
hose is straight, clean
and unclogged.
SYMPTOM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Machine
water is not
draining.
Machine is not
properly levelled.
Ensure that the
machine is levelled
properly.
Filter is partially
clogged.
Clean and ensure that
the filter is unclogged.
Load is unbalanced.
Add a few clothes to
balance the load.
Rearrange the load to
allow proper spinning.
Machine
vibrates
excessively
during
spinning.
