Start/Pause buon
is not pressed ON.
Press the Start/Pause
buon. The display will
glow to indicate
activity.
Water supply faucet
is not turned ON;
there is no or low
water pressure.
Turn ON the water
faucet fully. Ensure
that the water
pressure is normal.
Machine door is not
securely closed.
Close the machine
door properly.
SYMPTOM PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Program does
not start.
Water supply faucet

Inlet hose is bent,
sieve, inlet valve or
the hose is clogged.
Straighten the inlet
hose. Check; unclog
the sieve, valve and
hose.
Water is not
supplied to
the machine.
Detergent
is not flushed
into the drum.
Pause/Soak or Rinse
Hold mode is active.
Check the status of the
programs on display and
refer to the user manual.
