・Please use the most recent version of AI-VMD.
・When using AI-VMD, free RAM space must be at least 50MB.
・If there is not enough RAM space available, AI-VMD cannot be used. If you want
to use the AI-VMD, uninstall the Extension software installed on the [Software
mng.] tab. Alternatively, set [RAM capacity expansion mode] to [On].
[Smart P-picture control]
In order to reduce the amount of data, data generation (macroblock) is reduced in areas other
than where objects (head, people, automobiles, and motorcycles) are displayed.
[GOP control]
You can reduce the amount of data.
3.14 Set the AI-VMD
The AI-VMD page allows you to manage and schedule AI-VMD.
➣ Live image pages settings panels>[Detail setting]>[Camera detailed setting]>Clicking
[AI-VMD] in the Advanced menu on the left displays the tabbed pages for the respective
function.
3.14.1 Manage the AI-VMD
The AI-VMD will be updated. The [AI-VMD setup menu] can be displayed by clicking [Setup >>]
in the [Setup menu], and the [AI-VMD] settings can be configured.
➣ Live image pages settings pane>[Detailed setting]>[Camera detailed setting]>[AI-VMD] in
the advanced settings menu on the left>Clicking the [AI-VMD mng.] tab. The setting page is
displayed.
1. Downloading the most recent AI-VMD to the PC
2. Click [Select File] to specify the downloaded [AI-VMD].
3. Make sure that [Upgrade AI-VMD] is selected and then press [Execute].
・ The [AI-VMD] version is upgraded.
4. By clicking [Setup >>] in the [Setup menu]
・ Displays [AI-VMD setup menu] and allows you to set [AI-VMD].
