points when using Third Party Application.
Terms and Conditions on Installation of Third Party Application
You may install a third party's application ("Third Party Application")on your
i-PRO Product ("Product") and you are starting to install Third Party Application.
You agree on the following terms and conditions upon commencement of use of
Third Party Application or completion of installation thereof;
1.All rights including intellectual property rights and ownership of or relating
to Third Party Application belong to the proprietor of such Third Party
Application and are not assigned to you.
2.You may use Third Party Application only combined or connecting with
Product.
3.TO THE EXTENT ACCEPTED BY THE LAWS OF RELEVANT
JURISDICTION, i-PRO DOES NOT REPRESENT AND WARRANT ON (i)
PERFORMANCE OR BEHAVIOR OF PRODUCT RELATING TO USE OF
THIRD PARTY APPLICATION; (ii) SPECIFICATION OR QUALITY OF
THIRD PARTY APPLICATION; AND (iii) NON-INFRINGEMENT OF
INTELLCTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
4.To the extent accepted by the laws of relevant jurisdiction, i-PRO gives no
indemnification for any direct or indirect damages caused by or relating to
use or installation of Third Party Application.
5.In addition to this terms and conditions, your use of Third Party Application
may be subject to other terms and conditions or limitations provided by the
proprietor of Third Party Application.
