HOW TO USE THE BLENDER
The blender is used to mix foods (fruit, vegetables, etc.). If necessary, peel or remove
the stone, then cut into 20-25 mm slices. Place small pieces of food in the blender
jug, add a little water, close the lid tightly. Place the blender jug correctly on its sup-
port. Connect the plug to the power source. Set the switch to speed 1 (low) or speed
2 (high) to start the blender.
PULSE: This function is ideal for blending briey (a few seconds), making it easier to
control the preparation time.
Note: It only takes 30 to 50 seconds to blend the food into small pieces. Once ni-
shed, set the switch to “0” to completely stop the blender.
Warning: Make sure that the jug contains the ingredients for preparation, check that
the appliance is turned off and unplug the appliance from the mains until the food is
ready to be blended.
USEFUL TIPS:
• To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small
portions into the glass jar one by one instead of placing a large quantity all at
once.
•
If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) rst.
• When mixing solid ingredients start off rst with a small amount of liquid.
Gradually add more and more liquid through the opening in the lid.
• Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the
device.
• Be careful when processing hot liquids.
• For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients we recommend that you use
the blender in impulse mode to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always make sure to: turn off the appliance, unplug it and let it
cool. Clean the outside of the appliance with a sponge or slightly damp cloth.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids! Do not use abrasive
cleaners, wire brushes or other sharp objects. Always unplug the appliance if left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. Turn off and
unplug the appliance before changing accessories or approaching moving parts.
