Chapter overview
This chapter contains important safety instructions. The safety instructions
are for the protection of persons and property.
2.1 Fire prevention
2.1.1 Avoidance of fire risks
Never leave children in the vehicle unattended.
Keep flammable materials clear of heating and cooking appliances.
Never use portable heating or cooking appliances.
Only authorised qualified personnel may make changes to the electri-
cal system, gas system or appliances.
2.1.2 Fire-fighting
Please inform yourself about the country- and location-specific re-
quirements for firefighting in the place where you are staying and keep
the required tools on hand.
2.1.3 In case of fire
Evacuate all passengers.
Cut off the electrical power supply and disconnect from the mains.
Close regulator tap on the gas bottle.
Sound the alarm and call the fire brigade.
Fight the fire if this is possible without risk.
Acquaint yourself with the position and operation of the emergency exits.
Keep escape routes clear.
Observe the fire extinguisher instructions for use.
