Phenomenon How to Solve
Product does not work
Make sure that the power cord is plugged in correctly.
Make sure to check if the blade assembly is properly 
assembled on the body.
Blender does not work for 
a long period of time
Supply of power may have been shut due to an 
overheated motor. Cool down the product for about 30 
minutes before operating it again.
Ingredients fall out of the 
container before or during 
blending
Stop the operation and check if the blades are properly 
installed on the body.
Product shakes during 
operation
Check if the rubber at the bottom of the body properly 
adheres to the oor. The rubber can properly adhere to a 
oor only if it is a level surface.
Ingredients are stuck 
together and fail to be 
blended
Stop the operation, open the container and use a rubber 
or wooden paddle to stir the ingredients. Then, close the 
container and resume the operation.
When inserting ingredients, make sure not to exceed the 
“MAX” line marked on the container.
Also, please insert a sucient amount of water together 
with the ingredients.
