1. This product has passed a strict testing process and obtained a safety certication approval from
the Korea Testing Certication Institute. In case damage occurs to a consumer, compensation will
be provided in accordance with the criteria for the settlement of consumer disputes notied by
the Fair Trade Commission.
2. For performance and/or functional defects generated during normal usage conditions within the
warranty period, we will perform free repair services, and, if a defect cannot be repaired, we will
exchange the old product for a new one. In the following cases, repairs will be provided at a cost.
1) A performance defect or malfunction caused after the warranty period has expired
2) A malfunction caused by a consumer’s intentions or negligence
3) A malfunction caused by a repair performed at a place other than one of our service centers or branch stores
4) A malfunction caused by an abnormality in the power use or a defect of a connecting device (regardless
of the warranty period)
5) A product malfunction or defect caused by a natural disaster
3. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply upon purchasing this product and, if the product is used
outside Korea, no after-sales service can be requested.
4. This is a product manufactured to be compatible with the Korean voltage and frequency. When
using this product in countries with voltage and frequency settings dierent from those in
Korea, please be aware that it may lead to a reduced product lifespan and potential heat-related
issues. To avoid such problems, ensure that you only use products compatible with the voltage
and frequency specications of the specic country in which you are operating the device.
