6. Remove the output tray.
7. Look inside the gap where the trays were and nd the gray paper pick rollers. You might need a ashlight
to illuminate the area.
8. Dampen a long cotton swab with bottled or distilled water, and then squeeze any excess water from the
cloth.
9. Press the swab against the rollers, and then rotate them away from you with your ngers. Apply a
moderate amount of pressure to remove dust or dirt buildup.
10. Allow the rollers to dry for 10 or 15 minutes.
11. Reinsert the output tray and the input tray.
12. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
13. Reconnect any other cable to the printer if necessary.
14. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
