Clean the paper-pick rollers manually
Clean the paper-pick rollers to help prevent paper feed issues, such as no paper pick, paper jams, and print
skew.
1. Gather the following materials:
● A long, lint-free cotton swab
● Distilled, ltered, or bottled water (tap water might damage the printer)
2. Press the Power button to turn o the printer, and then unplug the power cord.
3. Unplug any other cable from the printer.
