3 Setup an HP Roam account
To setup HP Roam, follow these steps.
Activate the HP Roam license and administrator account
To activate the HP Roam license, follow these steps:
1. Open the HP Roam for Business delivery conrmation email from HPInc_software@hp.com.
NOTE: This email is sent to you after purchase with the subject line Your HP e-software Delivery
Conrmation. If you can’t nd this email, ask your HP reseller to forward it to you.
2. Click the Activate Your Product button at the bottom of the email or go to
https://roamlicensing.smartcloudprint.com.
