c. Click Discover HP Roam capable printers.
d. If a Windows Defender Firewall message displays requesting permission for HP Roam Connected to
access the network, select Allow Access.
e. Wait for the printers to be detected.
NOTE: HP Roam Connect uses local subnet discovery by default. For other discovery options, click
Settings.
6. Select the printers to be added to the HP Roam Web Portal.
a. To also display HP Roam-enabled printers already added to your admin account, select the Show
printers already added to a Roam account check box. To narrow the list to only printers not yet added
to HP Roam, clear the check box.
