Before removing the hard drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 19).
2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 19).
3. Remove the optical drive (see Optical drive on page 20).
4. Remove the front bezel (see Front bezel on page 21).
Remove the hard drive:
1. Remove the Phillips screw (1) from the optical drive cage.
2. Slide the cage (2) toward the back of the computer, and then lift cage (3) out of the computer.
