Turn the computer display-side up, with the front toward you, and open the computer as far as
possible.
5. Lift (1) and release (2) the keyboard until the keyboard connector on the system board is
accessible.
6. Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector (1) to which the keyboard cable is connected and
disconnect the cable (2) from the system board.
Reverse this procedure to install the switch cover and keyboard.
