Setting the system administrator’s information
Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or models. If so, it is not
applicable to your machine.

Start a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, from Windows.
Enter the machine IP address (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) in the address field and press the Enter key or
click Go.

Your machine’s embedded website opens.

From the Security tab, select System Security > System Administrator.

Enter the name of the administrator, phone number and location.

Click Apply.
