2. Remove the heat sink (2).
3. Each time the heat sink is removed, thoroughly clean and replace the gray (1) and white (2) thermal
material from the surface of the heat sink. Replacement thermal material is included with the heat
sink and system board spare part kits.
Reverse this procedure to install the heat sink.
