How Do I Replace Ink Cartridges?
If one of the ink cartridge icons on the front panel (see page 63) is flashing, the
corresponding ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
1. Open the front hinged flap at the
right of the printer.
2. For each ink cartridge that needs
to be replaced:
• Gripping it by its shorter top
edges, lift the ink cartridge
vertically up and out of the
printer.
• Lower the new ink cartridge into
its slot until it clicks into place
and is secure.
Repeat this for each ink cartridge
that is to be replaced.
3. Close the hinged flap.
4. Check that the ink cartridge icon
on the front panel is no longer
flashing. The ink cartridge has
been replaced successfully.
