3. Lift the back of the board (4) up, and then pull the board (5) into the computer to remove it.
To install the USB board, reverse this procedure.
Speakers
To remove the speakers, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 24).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 32).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Removing and reinstalling the same
battery on page 25).
Remove the speakers:
1. Disconnect the speaker cable (1) from the system board.
2. Remove the two Phillips M1.6 × 3.0 screws (2) from each speaker.
3. Remove the right speaker (3).
4. Remove the pieces of tape (4) that secure the speaker cable to the bottom of the battery.
5. Remove the speaker cable from the clips (5) along the bottom of the battery.
