3. Remove the battery (see Removing and reinstalling the same battery on page 33).
Remove the power connector cable:
1. Disconnect the power connector cable from the system board (1).
2. Remove the cable from the clips along the side of the fan (2).
3. Remove the three Phillips M2.5 × 5.0 screws (3) from the display hinge.
4. Rotate the hinge up and off the power connector (4).
5. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screw (5) from the power connector.
6. Remove the power connector cable from the computer (6) .
To install the power connector cable, reverse this procedure.
