3. Control Module
Control Module LED Operation:
The control module has 3 LEDs that illuminate based on the status of the cabinet and
defrost thermistors. Red (R), Green (G), and Blue (B).
• RED LED:
Solid - Standby mode.
Flashing - Active alarm.
• GREEN LED:
Solid - Not used.
Flashing - Normal mode (cooling or defrost).
• BLUE LED:
Solid - Cooling cycle.
Flashing - Defrost cycle.

FLASHING
a) Startup or Power On: At startup/power on, with the cabinet thermistor above
setpoint temperature - All 3 LEDs turn on briey, then turn off. The green (G) LED
starts ashing.
b) Cooling Cycle: Cabinet thermistor at or above setpoint temperature -
The green (G) LED continues ashing, then the blue LED turns on (solid).
Compressor, condenser fan motor, and evaporator fan motor energize.
c) Shutdown:
Undercounter/Worktop Refrigerator and Freezer: Cabinet thermistor at or below
setpoint temperature - Blue (B) LED turns off. Compressor, condenser fan motor,
and evaporator fan motor de-energizes. Green (G) LED continues ashing (normal
off cycle).
Prep Table Refrigerator: Cabinet thermistor at or below setpoint temperature -
Blue (B) LED turns off. Compressor and condenser fan motor de-energize.
Evaporator fan motor continues. Green (G) LED continues ashing (normal off
cycle).
d) Defrost Intitiated: Green (G) and Blue (B) LEDs ashing.
e) Control Dial placed in the "OFF" position: Red (R) LED on (solid). Green (G)
and blue (B) LED off.
f) Cabinet Thermistor Fault: Green (G) LED continues ashing. Blue (B) remains on
(solid). Red (R) LED starts ashing.
