9. TROUBLESHOOTING AND WARRANTY
If you believe the machine is not working correctly, consult the quick guide provided below
which includes some practical tips on how to fix the most common problems.
Error shown Possible causes and practical solutions
E3 (with display)
3 flashes of the LEDs
(without display)
Water container full.
Empty the water container.
If, after emptying the water container, the error should occur again
upon restarting the cycle, contact an Authorised Customer Service
Centre directly.
E7 (with display)
7 flashes of the LEDs
(without display)
Filters clogged.
Clean the lint filters and the sponge filter.
Any other code
Turn off and unplug the machine, wait a minute. Turn on the machine
and restart a program. If the error occurs again contact an
Authorised Customer Service Centre directly.
Models with a display: the error is shown by a number preceded by the letter "E"
(example: E3 = Error 3).
Models without display: an error is shown by a sequence of flashes of every LED.
The error code is shown by the number of flashes followed by a pause of 5 seconds
(example: three flashes - pause 5 seconds - three flashes - repeating = Error 3).
