LAMP: Turns on the oven light.
DEFROST: When the dial is set to this position. The fan circulates air at
room temperature around the frozen food so that it defrosts without the
protein content of the food being changed or altered.

* MASTER BAKE: This function allows to cook in a healthier way, by re-
ducing the amount of fat or oil required. The combination of heating ele-
ments with a pulsating cycle of air ensures a perfect baking result.

BOTTOM HEATING + FAN: The bottom heating element is used with the
fan circulating the air inside the oven. This method is ideal for fruit ans,
tarts, quiches, pizza and pâté. It prevents the front surfaces of foods from
drying out.

* CONVENTIONAL: Both top and bottom heating elements are used.
Preheat the oven for about ten minutes. This method is ideal for all tra-
ditional roasting and baking. Place the food and its dish on a shelf in mid
position.

used. Preheat the oven for about ten minutes. This method is ideal for all
traditional roasting and baking. Place the food and its dish on a shelf in mid
position. This function also provides steam-assisted cooking, which requires
adding 100ml of water in the cavity when the oven is cold and turning the
knob to this function. Do not use preheating for this feature.
Steam mode can be used to obtain a crispier crust and a glossier surface for,
especially bakeries.
L3 L1 ÷ L5
GRILL : This function uses only the top heating element, and the grill level
can be adjusted. Use the grill with door closed. Place white meats at a dis-
tance from the grill. Red meats and sh llets can be placed on the shelf
with the drip tray underneath. Turn food two thirds of the way through
cooking (If necessary). When grilling toasts, use L5 (power) in shelf posi-
tion 4 without preheating.

heating elements work together with the fan for a uniform cooking on all
levels. This cooking method ideal for roasts, casseroles, vegetables or
pies with moist llings.

Supergrill: Ideal for big quantities of sausages, steaks and toast
bread.
The entire area below the grill element becomes hot. Use the grill
with door closed. Turn food two thirds of the way through cooking
(If necessary). Use L5 (power) in shelf position 5 without preheating
when grilling toasts.
