18.3.2 Switching on the machine
NOTICE
Note that the machine can only be started if the jaw chuck guard is closed and the
position switch is activated.
To switch on the machine set selector switch rotating direction
(1) to position "F" or "R" and push the on button of the On-Off-
switch (2).
Before starting the machine always turn the adjusting knob
spindle speed (2) counterclockwise to the stop (lowest speed).
To increase the spindle speed turn clockwise.
18.4 Setting spindle speed and rotation direction
NOT I CE
Never change the direction of rotation, as long as the motor / spindle is not
at a complete standstill! Changing the direction of rotation during operation
may lead to the destruction of components.
