Is either the Lower Freezer door or the Vegetable
compartment door open?
Close the open door, and then press the Auto Drawer switch of
the door you would like to open.
Press the Auto Drawer switch firmly until the door opens.
The drawing-out quantity of
the Auto Drawer is small.
The drawing-out length of the Auto Drawer during operation is approximately 15 cm or longer.
The drawing-out length of the Auto Drawer may be vary or the door may return slightly after
the door opens electrically depending on the installation conditions of the refrigerator.
It does not indicate any fault.
The Auto Drawer does
not open/close.
Is anything such as food, zipper storage bag
and plastic wrap trapped?
It needs more force to open/close the Auto Drawer because the Auto Drawer function stops
during operation. Push the door in manually using force. Otherwise, pull out the power plug with
the door pulled out, and then put the power plug in the outlet after waiting at least 10 seconds.
Remove the trapped food, etc.
Does the supply of the power fail or the Auto Drawer
hit an obstacle while the Auto Drawer is operating?
Operation sound is loud.

The Auto Drawer switch
is detached.
The Auto Drawer switch may be detached if a shock is applied.
If the Auto Drawer switch is detached, attach it according to the procedures as shown below.
Check the position of the pin.
If the pin protrudes, push it back to the position where the pin dose not protrude from the surface of the switch cover.
Push the section indicated by arrows (three locations).
If the detached part returns to the correct position, a “click” sound is heard.
Finally, if you can press the Auto Drawer switch, it is attached correctly.
