Concerns on the Vegetable Compartment
Condensation forms
inside the Vegetable
Compartment.
Is the moisture unit blocked by food
bags or containers?
Condensation is more likely to occur if the moisture unit is
blocked.
Move the food bag or container blocking the moisture unit
to another location. Wipe off any condensation with a soft cloth.
Are you storing a large amount of
vegetables with high water content?
Since the humidity in the Vegetable Compartment is higher than in
other compartments, condensation may form on the case, top, or
surfaces of food depending on the amount and type of vegetables. It
does not indicate any fault. If you are concerned about condensation,
it is recommend to wrap the food in cellophane wrap. Also, if there is a
large amount of condensation, water may accumulate in the Vegetable
Compartment case. Wipe off any accumulated water with a soft cloth.
The Vegetable
Compartment door
doesn't close / When

Is any food, etc. caught
between the upper case

Remove it if any.
Is a plastic bottle and/or food
item in contact with the handle

the upper case and the top of the
Vegetable Compartment?
Remove it if any.
Also, do not forcibly close the door when food, etc. is in contact
with the top of the Vegetable Compartment.
Concerns on uneven height
or tilting of the doors
Is the floor material soft and is the added weight
of the stored items causing the legs to sink?
If the refrigerator body is tilting, install it on a sturdy
board with a thickness of 1 cm or more.
There is a height
difference between
the left and right
doors.
The door is tilted.
You can use the refrigerator as it is without any problems in terms
of performance, but if you are concerned, make adjustments with
the left and right adjustable mounts.

Strange smell
The ice smells.

Did you store any foods with strong
smells without wrapping them?
The deodorizing function cannot completely remove all odors.
Seal the food, such as wrapping it in cellophane wrap.
There may be a strong smell of chlorine because the
chlorine in tap water is condensed.
There is a smell
of plastic.
This is because many plastic parts are used in the
refrigerator, but the smell gradually decreases as the
refrigerator cools fully.It does not indicate any fault.
Is the water supply tank or water filter
dirty, or is the ice old?
Wash regularly to prevent sliminess and water stains.
