About the refrigerant (Be careful of the following related to the use
of flammable gas.)
Do not scratch or damage the main body of
the refrigerator with a sharp object such as
screw.
Do not use mechanical devices and heat generating
devices such as a dryer/fire to accelerate the defrosting
process.

Do not use electrical appliances inside the
refrigerator.
･If the refrigerant leaks, sparks on the contact
may cause ignition and explosion.

The warning label and name plate including
this symbol affixed on compressor and
refrigerator should be kept throughout the
life of the refrigerator.
Handling, service, disposal and installation of
used flammable refrigerant shall be done by
Hitachi authorized service companies or
service engineer only.

When discarding the unit
Before discarding the unit or recycling, remove the door gaskets to avoid the risk of an infant
or child being entrapped inside.
Continuous running may cause
electric shock or injury.

In case of emergency
Stop the refrigerator by
unplugging it if it is not running
properly or breaks down.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify
your refrigerator.
Injury may be caused by ignition of fire
or faulty running.
