Troubleshooting
Before requesting for repair
The vacuum cleaner does not operate, or stops while the vacuum cleaner is running. The suction power is weak. The rotary brush does not rotate.
Press the button of the vacuum cleaner to stop operation.
Empty the dust
case or maintain
the dust case or
filters.

Remove the
object that is
blocking the
inlet.
Wait for the
vacuum cleaner
to cool down,
which may take
a moment.
Remove the
foreign substance
from the rotary
brush
→
(P.EN-32~EN-35,
EN-37~EN-38)
Do not firmly
press the power
head against the
floor or carpet.
The safeguard might be operating. Release the safeguard with the following instructions.
If the vacuum cleaner continues to operate further, it stops automatically.
The safeguard is released after 5 to 60 minutes, and you can use
the cleaner normally.
Safeguard and cause Instructions
Suction power of the vacuum cleaner becomes weak
or stops while the vacuum cleaner is running.
The rotary brush of the power head, mini
power brush or wet power brush stops.
Check the following points again
To prevent the vacuum motor or
the battery from overheating, the
vacuum cleaner might
sometimes automatically enter
safe mode, in which the vacuum
cleaner runs with less electricity
and reduced suction power.
The filter indicator is blinks
and strays, the vacuum
cleaner switches to low
mode or the vacuum
cleaner stops working.
Dust and
debris
clogged in
clean filter or
sponge filter
Operation

The
battery is
hot
The
vacuum
cleaner
motor is
hot
Power head
pressed
against the
area to clean
Foreign
substance
stuck in
vacuum
cleaner
Operation

blinking.
If the vacuum cleaner is continuously
operated in a state where there is a lot of
resistance to the rotary brush, the rotation of
the rotary brush stops automatically to
prevent the motor from overheating.
