When the user suspects that the detergent / softener is not being administered, it can be checked by
the following methods:
1. Verify that the automatic detergent / softener dosing is set to ON.
2. Pull out the automatic detergent box, check whether the bottom sealing ring is loose or damaged (Figure
a). If it is loose or damaged, please call the after-sales service phone for maintenance and replacement.
3. Reinstall the automatic detergent dispenser and determine whether to dispense the detergent in the
following manner.
• Pull out the detergent box and make sure there is no visible detergent / softener in the detergent / softener
compartment.
• Check whether the detergent is delivered normally: Select and run the Quick 15' program, press the
pause key when running for about 2 minutes, and open the machine door.
Check whether the water in the container contains foam and the smell of detergent.
• Check if the softener is properly placed: Confirm that the “Dispenser 2” is set to Softener. Select and run
the Rinse+ Spin program, press the pause button when it runs for about 15 minutes, and open the door.
Check the water in the drum for foams and softener smells.
• If the water in the tank contains foam and the smell of detergent / softener, the automatic delivery function
of the device is normal; otherwise, please call the after-sales service phone for repair or replacement.
