Channel Scan
You can scan for channels automatically or manually.
Note:
• Only for the models with tuners.
• Antenna/cable function may not be applicable in some models/countries/regions.
Connect Antenna/Cable to the TV
To scan for channels, an antenna/cable should be connected to the TV first.
Note:
• TV jacks may vary and antenna/cable function may not be applicable in some models/countries/regions.
• You may also connect devices that can receive broadcast signals such as a Set Top Box.
Auto Channel Scan
Automatically scan for channels to view programs from your TV source.
1.
Press / button on your remote control and select TV.
2.
In Live TV, press / button and select Channels > Auto Channel Scan.
If no TV channels were saved before, you will be prompted to do a channel search.
For some models, before you select Auto Channel Scan, you can press / > Channels > Tuner Mode
to select Antenna or Cable. This function is only applicable in some models/countries/regions.
Manual Scan
Manual scan channels for DTV or ATV.
1.
Press / button on your remote control and select TV.
2.
In Live TV, press / button on your remote control and select Channels > Manual Scan.
Type in a channel to add it manually to your TV.
In Live TV, press / button on your remote control and select Channels > DTV Manual Scan.
In Live TV, press / button on your remote control and select Channels > ATV Manual Scan.
Note:
• Services may vary depending on models/countries/regions.
Live Menu
You can obtain quick access to the channel list, favorite channel list or use relevant features with ease when
watching TV programs.
