6. Installation guidelines
The laws of the respective country must be observed for installation and use of the DCD 3.0 and DCS.
In Germany, the following regulations must be observed in particular:
Health and Safety at Work Act §§ 5 und 14
Health and Safety at Work Directive ASR 5
Accident Prevention Regulations VBG 43
Hazardous Substances Ordinance dated 01.01.2005
(can be obtained from: Deutsches Informationszentrum für technische Regeln (DITR) (German
Information Centre for Technical Regulations) at DIN, Burggrafenstraße 6, 10787 Berlin).
HEYLO will not assume responsibility for damages arising out of inappropriate installation and
use of DCD 3.0 and DCS going against the regulations.
Shutting down and disposal
HEYLO devices are designed for many years of use. Disposal in the future must take place in an
environment friendly manner in accordance with the current and relevant laws.
