OUTPUT LEVEL
CALIBRATION
USER MANUAL
Before you start using your i73® PRO interface please check which output
level better match the rest of your set up. The i73® PRO allows a very high
output signal that might not be optimal for every piece of gear so, lowering the
output level is recommended in some cases.
Open your Heritage Audio MIXER and go to the drop down menu on the top.
There you will find the Output Level Calibration that will allow you to set it at
+24dBu, +18dBu or +12dBu.
The outstanding output range of the i73® PRO might create harmonic
The outstanding output range of the i73® PRO might create harmonic
distortion when combined with lower input range gear. If you can hear
harmonic distortion on the output at full volume, you may need to lower the
Output Level Calibration down to +18dBu or +12dBu.
